Ray was born and raised in El Segundo. He graduated from El Segundo High in 1977 and was a pitcher on the varsity baseball team. During later years he resided in various areas of San Diego. He passed away on Sunday May 3. Ray is survived by his mother Ardie of El Segundo, father Don of San Diego, brother Craig and his wife Kellie and two nieces, Jordan 13, Jamie 11 and brother Gary, all of El Segundo. Ray had a great group of friends in San Diego who supported him and friends and family in El Segundo as well. His Mom will forever miss the daily phone calls.
